Please read our shop policy carefully before purchase.

1. Natural Crystal Notice
All crystals, minerals and carvings are 100% natural stones. Natural inclusions, fractures, veins, druzy holes, slight color difference, surface marks and size variations are normal geological features, not product defects. Photos are taken under natural light; slight color difference due to screen display is unavoidable. These will not be accepted as return reasons.

2. Inspection Time Window
Please inspect your parcel within 48 hours after delivery. If the item arrives broken, damaged or wrong item received, you must send clear photos/videos (outer package + damaged product) to us within this period. No damage claim will be accepted after 48 hours.

3. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for:
‑ Item broken during transit
‑ We sent the wrong product
‑ Item greatly differs from listing description
